I highly recommend hiring Owen as a real estate agent! Owen was my agent for both the sale of my old home and the purchase of a new home. Owen NEVER pressured me to rush to sell my old home or purchase my new home. He always had my best interests in mind!Before listing my old home, he came to my old home multiple times to look for opportunities to make the house more attractive to potential buyers. He found inexpensive improvements and set me up with a great contractor to get the work done. When it was time to list my old home, he did a great job of advertising the house and we had a large amount of showings the first weekend that resulted in two above listing price offers. He helped me to negotiate the best possible offer and then made sure everything got done timely to ensure the buyers didn't back out.When I bought my new home, Owen was very patient as I looked at properties and gave me his honest feedback. Owen's knowledge and experience from flipping properties helped to identify potential problems in houses I was looking at. When I was ready to make an offer on my new home Owen encouraged me to offer the price that I thought it was worth, which was less than asking and the sellers accepted. When it came time for the inspection and there were several inspection objections, he encouraged me to request a large dollar concession for those items, which reduced the price significantly and was accepted by the seller! Thanks to Owen I now have a great home!

My fiancé and I met Chuck when we stumbled into an open house in January of 2020. We had purchased a lot at Perry Park in Larkspur, CO with the intent on building on it. With the current real estate market in Colorado providing more work than there are contractors, the cost of building was prohibitive for my budget. After finding an almost new home that we liked, we ended up purchasing it and subsequently listed our lot for sale. The first realtor listed the lot for a year and was horrible in communicating with us and really didn't do anything other than put a sign up. After his listing ran out Chuck Buckingham contacted us and let us know how he planned to market the property, including several drone photographs. He ended up selling our lot and was very responsive with keeping us informed on what activity was happening with the sale. I can be high maintenance and indecisive, at times. Chuck was always upbeat and patient with us. This was through the Covid 19 crisis and he still managed to get everything done in a safe and professional manner. I find him to be aggressive and eager on either side, whether it was selling my house or helping us find a new one. Always available or quick calls back. Other comps in the building were sitting for weeks, months, and even a couple were for sale for over a year, and often times having to drop their list price considerably, given the recent downtown market. We had purchased a lot at Perry Park in Larkspur, CO with the intent on building on it. With the current real estate market in Colorado providing more work than there are contractors, the cost of building was prohibitive for my budget. As a first time home buyer, I was pretty nervous about who I chose to work with. You hear all sorts of horror stories about what can go wrong, agents that aren't acting in the best interest of the client, feeling pressured into making decisions that you don't want to make. Other comps in the building were sitting for weeks, months, and even a couple were for sale for over a year, and often times having to drop their list price considerably, given the recent downtown market. We had purchased a lot at Perry Park in Larkspur, CO with the intent on building on it. With the current real estate market in Colorado providing more work than there are contractors, the cost of building was prohibitive for my budget. Stacey was such a pleasure to work with as a first-time home buyer. There are so many aspects of buying a home that were not known to us and Stacey was wonderful at explaining things we did not understand and helping us prepare. First, she really understood what kind of home we were looking for in our price range and worked hard to show us properties that matched our wishes. Second, she was very knowledgeable about different neighborhoods in the Denver Metro area, what home prices were in comparison to the homes we were looking at and whether or not we need to act quickly on a house we really liked.
